Presentation Checklist

A checklist of what to do (we recommend you do them in this order)

Before the Service

• Switching on the computer.
• Enter password “sgcmed1@1”.
• Turn on Stage Display TV in Production Booth.
• Switch on the projector.
• Open ProPresenter.
• Select the right playlist.
• Start Info Slides slideshow presentation.
• Start 1st Trigger on “Pre-Service” header.
• Go to meeting on stage at 6:50 am.
• Open Emails and check for preacher notes - add scriptures, quotes & points.
• Check preservice timer and start timer - 1st service @8:25 2nd service @ 9:55.
• Check all other triggers.
• Confirm that all songs are using the correct theme.
• Ensure correct announcements & Spell check.
• Check Spelling on Props that appear with Announcements.
• Check spelling on Info Slides.
• Ensure correct songs and right order.
• Follow vocals by showing lyrics (add and remove where needed).

- After rehearsal -

• Switch over to service mode - Press ‘1’ in number row.
• Make any changes to songs that were discussed during meeting.
• Once stage rehearsal is done edit scriptures (confirm Version).
• Confirm Theme.
• Check for Orphan Words or Lines.
• Meet backstage at 8:00 am (this is not non-negotiable).
• Be at station 5 min before pre-roll starts.
• Count the teamperson in before pre roll starts.

During the Service

• Wait for camera director to tell you when you can clear the pre-roll.
• Worship triggers and lyrics.
• Prayer and thanksgiving triggers & clear group.
• Minute to mingle tell camera director before playing (video will auto clear).
• Offering trigger.
• Announcement trigger.
• Click announcements as MC talks about announcements.
• Confirm with Camera Director before clearing.
• Preach trigger.
• Scriptures up as per preach notes.
• Ministry song as discussed backstage.
• Kick out as per song discussed .
• Be blessed slide.

Between Services

• Prepare for second service.
• Change triggers as per second service.
• Wait for 5 minutes then start welcome slides again.

After Both Services

• Debrief meeting backstage.
• Return to switch of projector.
• Before you leave campus (and after TV’s are turned off outside) Turn off Presentation PC.

Most Importantly: Have Fun, relax, don't freak out if something goes outside of the plan, and remember: you are here to meet with God first and foremost.
